How long is delivery?
CARDS
All cards are made within 1-2 days, your estimated delivery time will depend on the delivery you select at checkout.
Delivery timescales are estimates after dispatch.
Royal Mail 1st Class aim for next working day & Royal Mail 2nd Class usually take 2-3 working days.
GIFTS
Estimated standard delivery on all non-personalised gifts are 3-5 working days.
Estimated standard delivery on all personalised gifts are 5-10 working days.
Can I return?
Non-personalised gifts can absolutely be returned! Just drop us an email and we will instruct how to return.
Unfortunately personalised items are NOT refundable unless faulty.
